Qubit's Nodule cuvette is used to hold excised legume nodules during measurement of Nitrogen Fixation. This cuvette has a hole into which the S132 Temperature Probe may be inserted for simultaneous measurements of temperature. The cuvette has luer compataible fittings on either end for open or closed flow measurements of Nitrogen Fixation.
