The SP20 is a 20 watt unregulated solar panel. It is often used for system configurations that have higher than average power requirements, or in higher elevation and latitude locations.
If you are unsure about what type of power your monitoring station requires, read our application note at the right. It provides examples of "average" power requirements, how to calculate power consumption based on your components, and recommended reserve time.
