The S171 Leaf Chamber Thermistor accurate and rapid measuring of leaf surface temperature makes it essential for studying leaf CO2 and water vapour conductance. The thermistor's sensor head (glass coated thermocouple) is only 0.75 mm in diameter. The sensor housing screws into the base of the G112 Flow-Through Leaf Chamber and the sensor position easily adjusts to touch the surface of the leaf.
THe S171 Leaf Chamber Thermistor is an optional addition to any of the CO2 Analysis Packages. It comes fully calibrated and plugs directly into the LabPro Interface and displays values of leaf temperature on screen using Logger Pro Software.
